Uusually not. If you are breastfeeding you probably won’t ovulate for several months … or even years. (Nature knows better than to make you pregnant again immediately. That would reduce survival rates for you, your current baby AND the new baby. Not very wise from an evolutionary standpoint.)
Even if you aren’t breastfeeding, it will take at least a few weeks to ovulate again, and for the uterine lining to be suitable for implantation of a fertilized egg.

i guess it just depends on your body, because i have heard plenty of stories of women going to their six week checkup only to find out that they are pregnant again. but yeah i think it is a possibility.
