My friend is really crazy and is doing anything she can to have another kid (she already has 2) but her husband doesn’t really want to. So she put semen that was inside a condom she used 10 minutes with her husband inside her vagina. The condom didn’t have spermicide and she had her period 8 days ago. How likely is it she can be pregnant.
i actually know someone who tried this too, there is a chance she could, but not as likely as if he came in her b/c, sperm do live outside the body, but she would have to make sure the temp didnt fall too far b/c they would die, also they have to stay wet and not dry out. Also, the sperm die in the vagina more quickly like a couple hours, they would have to make it into the uterus and the tubes, which is a pretty hefty swim. when we have sex and the man cums inside the position is closer to the cervix and deposits them in the right spot, where they can swim up without being in the acidic enviorment too long. A man ejacualates 100 -300 million sperm, and even then only a couple thousand or less make it to the fertile grounds. If you are doing this, then you should try putting the condom immediatly inside to keep temp, cut the condem, and use a "turkey baster TYPE" to suck all the semen in it and deposit it as far in the vaigna as possible to simulate real ejaculation. You also have to be in the fertile week of your cylce or its usless. Sometimes men dont understand the want to have more children and since your married I say anything goes. There is of course a chance as it’s like artificially inseminating herself. Sperm can survive for a maximum of 24hours outside the body, as the boy sperms cn only survive for a little, it’s the girls that can live longer. 10 minutes they would definitely still be healthily swimming around. In the females body the sperm can survive for up 3-5days in the right conditions so of course she does have a chance. Of course though from statistics she’d have a higher chance of having a girl, as the girl’s always survive alot longer than the boy sperms. So long as she has put it in so it’s as closest to her cervix as possible she has a very high chance.

yes she can get preg this way! however ovulation is usually 11-14 days after the day you start so if she started 8 days ago then prob not ovulating yet.

I feel sorry for her husband, because he’s married to a selfish b*tch who obviously doesn’t care about his wants and needs, just herself. If I was you, I’d talk to me friend about that because that’s not a decision she should be making on her own, ESPECIALLY knowing that her husband doesn’t want anymore kids. If someone did that crap to me, they would be gone from my life.
My husband,my bestfriend,myself and my bestfriends girlfriend are all talking about pregnancy. Let me explain, my husband and i have been trying to have kids for 5 years. We’ve done it all, doctors,drugs,fertility treatments,surgeries,prayer,timing,ovulation kits, the whole nine yards! they say i have endo and sort of “unexplained infertility” so….my dear friend (for the last 18 years) has approached me with carrying our child. problem is, it’s a ton of money to do it the doctor route. we live in two different states so now our “almost plan” is to have my husbands sperm injected in her vagina (cervix) without the help of a doctor and without them having sex. both of our spouses support this. what we are thinking is my husband ejaculating into a condom, then us taking a turkey baster (type of thing), getting it out of the condom and then her spouse injecting her as close to the cervix as possible. i know this must sound a little crazy, and obviously there are emotions involved but we have been so close for so many years so she’s watched the pain i’ve gone through. she and her girlfriend (spouse of over 12 years) have 3 children and they are both absolutely done with having children, she just wants to help us. do you think our chances with her ovulating,the condom and baster thing..are good? any other suggestions?
