I just got off implanon and the other day I started spotting for the first time in months. I never get a period cause I’m a nursing mom and just recently, I was on birth control . But I am concerned that there may be a chance I could have gotten pregnant a few days ago while spotting. Any help?

There are many reasons you could be spotting. Rough sex can cause spotting, implantation bleeding can cause spotting, break through bleeding can occur while you are on birth control (and you would be on a low -dose form since you are breastfeeding) and it also could just be your body regulating its hormones.
