is it safe to start jogging while trying to conceive?

I am trying to get pregnant and used to jog and gave it up about a year ago (I had a puppy dog who could only walk long distances so I switched to walking until he grew Now my dog is old enough to run safely and I’d like to work up to jogging 5 miles or so a couple times a week.) Is this safe while trying to conceive? Is there a certain heart rate I should not exceed?

Do not run as fast as you can or anything strenuous but it is wonderful that you are going to exercise. It is recommended that you walk for 20 minutes while you are pregnant but be careful not to overdue it or make yourself uncomfortable. Keep it simple and keep it safe good luck
