I have a 4 year old from a previous marriage, and it took me 4 years to get pregnant, but i was able to do it. My husband and I are wanting a little girl and have been trying for months, we are wanting to know if there is a test my husband can take to find out if he can have children. We are not sure if it is him or I.
You can both take fertility tests.
There are tests that BOTH of you can take to see where the difficulty lies. head to your OB or RE to get those tests done.
do you know if he is shooting blanks or not, that could be a possibility and there is test out there just go to your doctor, he might have damaged his vas desfference, the one that you cut for a vasectomy. or it could be you because if it took you 4 years too get prego with another man, it might be you. I would check myself out in your case
If it took you four years to conceive your first, it’s likely the problem may lie with you and not your husband. See your doctor for initial testing once you hit the year mark if you are under 35 years old.

Simply go to the GP and just ask to take a fertility test, the guy will need to donate his sperm for the test and he doctor will check you out also
