My friend is crazy to conceive a boy and did this?

"After one month of trying I became pregnant and had a beautiful healthy boy!"

"After over 7 years of trying to conceive and thousands of dollars spent on infertility treatments, I had actually succeeded to get pregnant the natural way without any drugs or medical intervention "

" I just wanted to say thank you for writing this program and for giving hope to women at my age. I am 46 and I am finally going to be a mother."

She is crazy
she told me that she used baking soda and vinegar baths that change the pH level of her vagina in order to conceive a boy, but that’s certainly not a healthy solution.
She did it twice and miscarried both times. I think she is nuts.
Anyone heard of this?

No, I have never heard of that before. Tell your friend that a HEALTHY baby is more important than putting her unborn child at risk!!
i am not sure what these baths will do to her.
i have never really heard of them.
except for vinegar supposedly kills yeast infections in the vagina or something and takes the sting out of sunburns??
Tell your friend she ends up with what she ends up with (regarding the gender of her children) for a reason.
God gives you what you get for a reason.
Merry christmas and have a great new year!
It’s not so crazy. Nor is ti really unhealthy. Many douches are made of those same ingredients. Female and male sperm survive best at differetn Ph levels. They survive for differetn amounts of time adn one swims faster than the other. All of these have been used in one fashion or another to help encourage one sex or the other.
Obviously its not healthy. Tell her to try her on top and at like a week before ovulation as there is boy sperm and girl sperm boy swim slow and live longer where as girl die faster. Thats what I read.
its not crazy….very common actually, and no its not harmful at all. she probably miscarried for other reasons
ive heard of this, could cause an infection, but its very unlikely that it would cause a miscarriage (that’s more to do with the baby not developing properly…something that bathing in vinegar and baking soda has nothing to do with). i did everything right for a BOY and here I am, 2 days from my due date, pregnant with a girl — 2 ultrasounds to prove it!! 28weeks and 33weeks and 2 people checked at the 2nd one) — (I wanted a girl, I just didn’t really learn about gender selection when I was trying to conceive). So no…I don’t think she’s crazy, but I think I’m proof that gender selection doesn’t work….i think it can only slightly sway the odds in your favour, its really a 50/50 thing…unless you go to extreame measures and try IVF
Gross! Why don’t she just do the shettles method – proven effective for 25 yrs. now.
Yes I have heard of this. Ppl want to have certain sexes at certain times in their lives and there are techniques you can use to increase the odds of a boy or girl.
I don’t think it is nuts – it is a choice – that douche that she did had NO connection to her miscarrying.
Boy sperm is attracted to an alkaline environment in the uterus and a girl to acidic. There is alot of research to prove this. Methods don’t always prove to produce the desired sex but if a couple wants to try to sway the odds power to them.
I have used these methods. Lets just say I have (in this order) 4 happy and healthy children in this order
