We are trying to conceive, but we can’t figure out what is the best sex positions for us so that I can get pregnant with highest successful Rate? Any suggestions
The experts say missionary, but we conceived with cowgirl. We suggested cowgirl to our friends who were having difficulty and they were pregnant the next month. No one can say for sure, everything just has to be in proper alignment. There has been no proven fact to this, but after you are done baby dancing, have her lay with a pillow under her butt for 15 minutes. Might help open the pipes! Oh make sure she pees too! UTI’s are no fun!
Missionary. After sex the woman should lay with her legs raised in the air for about 15minutes. Worked for me both times! Lol

Missionary is the best, and stay laying down for a while after sex, even bring yor legs up a bit if you want.
I heard doggy style is aslo helpful, but missionary is best.

The man-on-top position works well when trying to conceive. Place a small pillow under your hips following intercourse so that your cervix basically rests in the pool of semen for a short time (perhaps 20 minutes or so). This will allow the sperm time to easily swim up through the cervix. (Important Note: Do not use a large pillow, or you may sabotage your efforts, since the sperm may then puddle behind your cervix. Not a good place to be when trying to reach that egg.)
If you have a tipped uterus, you may have better luck having intercourse from behind (hands and knees position). By having intercourse in this position it allows the sperm better access to the cervix.

since this can cause the semen to leak and may result in fewer sperm making their way to the egg.

Well woman on top is not good since the sperm will be falling out of you when you are on top of your partner. Some books say for a girl, missionary style is best because of how the sperm enter your body and they can stay inside for a few days. For a boy, they recommend doggie style because having sex that way puts the sperm further in and the boy sperm, while smaller, swim faster and can meet the egg faster. This also all depends on your ovulation schedule whether you would have a boy or girl. Good luck!
I don’t know about positions but use egg whites it is pure protein and that is the same thing sperm is. I was having trouble with conceiving and a doctor told me about this. He said that you are to put it on the penis and have sex a usual. Apply as much as you want and it will not harm either of you in any way. Then lay down for as long as you can after. It worked for me cause I have used it whenever trying and I now have 4 children. I hope this works for you. Good luck.
