Pre Conceive lubrication, do I apply before or during intercourse?

I just bought a bottle of Pre Conceive. It says to apply 30 minutes prior or right before intercourse. Which is better to do? I have never used it before, so I am just wondering. Thanks.
The pre-seed I bought had individual applicators that you insert 30 mins prior. I didn’t like having to "plan" doing it so after the first two months we just used it like normal lube and used it right before. Neither way worked for us but we now know we have fertility issues. Good luck!
Either way is ok.. but if you are going to be moving around prior to intercourse, it would be best to apply right before because will leak out.
30 mins before, maybe you should also try instead soft cups, or diva cups, it holds and traps sperm in place, i tried it this last month, im in my 2ww, well see, i know i feel super sick, but false symptoms occur when you are trying✿~☆good luck☆~✿
