I know you should take then when you are pregnant but should you take them when you are trying to conceive? Will it help with conceiving faster? Will it hurt to take them early?

My husband and I are currently ttc and when i spoke with my doctor she said that it would be a good idea to take prenatal vitamins. She said that the folic acid in them was helpful, so I started taking them and i guess we’ll see what that does. Good Luck!
It can’t hurt, all your doing is ensuring that your body is healthy and able to support a life inside of you.
My ex-wife took them and she got pregnant very shortly after.
Yes, they are very important both while your ttc and when your pregnant. The sooner you start the better. Folic acid is one of the most crucial vitamins you need in early pregnancy! Its best to get it as early as possible.
They are great to take while you are TTC they help build your body up for what you will need when you are Prego. My doctor told me to take them while my hubby and I are TTC
THESE ARE REGULAR VITAMINS, BUT WITH HIGHER DOSES OF CERTAIN VITAMINS AND MINERALS.
