I have had mirena for about a year and a half now. I get it out tomorrow – 11/15/2010 – and my husband will be home after being gone for awhile in one week, the 22nd. Because we live together, and I earn £850 a month after tax, I’m concerned that we won’t get any help. My wage has to pay the rent, council tax, bills, petrol and food as well as buy things for the babies. I’ve applied for tax credits but they said no.

Alright my periods have always been off, Sometimes I’ll go 3-4 months without a period at all, sometimes less. So I can’t judge potential pregnancy off that, so is there a set number of days after sex you can test for pregnancy? Most pregnancy tests read "Up to 5 days before your missed period" and well that doesn’t apply to me since my periods are always late regardless.
I had a miscarriage 4 months ago and am now 6 weeks pregnant. I have a son and that pregnancy went perfectly so I know reasonably that I can and probably will have a healthy pregnancy. However, I can’t stop the anxious feeling that I will lose this baby too. I have been having really traumatic dreams that I am having a miscarriage. I feel like if I can’t get this anxiety out of my head that I may actually cause myself to have a miscarriage. Any help would be appreciated.
I am just curious how long it took you ladies to conceive again after having your first baby. As in, how mnay months of actively trying until you go a positive on an HPT.

I am 4 months pregnant with twins. Every mother of twins that I have met since getting pregnant has ended up on bed rest towards the end of the pregnancy. Although I think the idea of a couple of days in bed sounds wonderful, I can’t take that many extra days off of work financially. Are there any tricks to avoid ending up on bed rest while pregnant?

I have irregular periods somewhat. Did the ovulation predictors work? Which brand is best? How long did it take after using the predictors for you to get pregnant? I have read posts on here that asks if they could be pregnant because they are A: peeing a lot more and B: Eating all the time, and hungry all the time.
I haven’t noticed more frequent peeing and just recently at 4 months started to really see a change in my hunger. Is this normal? When did it happen to you? Is it really a pregnancy symptom?

How long does it take to get pregnant after stopping the pill? My fiance and I are TTC and I stopped the pill the end of january and we still have had no luck. I’ve heard that it takes 3 cycles but I’ve also heard that as soon as you stop the pill you should get pregnant.
..I’ve also been having wierd period like cramps for the past like 4 months even though it wasn’t even close to my period. All HPT we’ve taken have come out negative.

She is going off birth control in 2 months.
I am worried it may take a long time to conceive since she has been on the pill consistantly for 6 years.
She has been taking Lo/Ovral, is that one that would take a long time to get our of her system?

My aunt is 48 yrs old. and she thinks she is pregnant but heres the thing she took 2 pregnancy tests they came up negative but she hasnt got her period in 4 months and she went to the doctor in the summer time and he said she is no where near menopause and anyways when you get menopause you have your periods more and quicker. but she looked like she is pregnant but she did the pregnancy test right and all of that she got expensive pregnancy tests too. please tell me could she be pregnant even though the pregnancy tests are negative? thank you so much.
