Eat all organic. I’ve heard that if you eat all organic while pregnant that the baby will sleep better (through most nights without crying) , and cry less.

Below is a link to a list of foods you should avoid while pregnant. Basically the advice is avoid foods that are associated with heavy metal contamination or infections. Fish, undercooked and poorly prepared food can all pose risks to your pregnancy.

    Definitelystart taking folic acid now.

Folic acid decreases the chance of neural tube defects in children.

(You don’t have to take a prenatal vitamin yet, but it’s not a bad idea.)

Basic prenatal labs are always a good idea, too.

Make sure you’re immune to Rubella, that you don’t have anemia. If you haven’t had chicken pox, you might get tested for that, as well.

These simple tests can be done at your doctor’s office to decrease the chances of complications in pregnancy.

Finally, if you are not fit, start exercising now.

start taking prenatal vitamins now! eat lean meats, lots of veggies, fruits, whole grain breads and low fat dairy products. exercise regularly if thats what your used to. if your not used to exercising start out slow and gradually work up to daily exercise. before getting pregnant get a physical and dental check up. and most important….try not to think about getting pregnant let it come naturally and have fun with your partner trying! dont let making love get to serious. make love to connect and eventually you will create life! good luck! and let us know if you get preggers!
