Are the odds of becoming pregnant on the pill more for tenagers or older women?
Is there more of a chance if you take generic pills?
& is there more of a chance if you don’t take it the exact time everyday?

The pill is less that 95% effective, even if you never miss one and take it at the same time everyday.
If you use the pills exactly as directed (never miss one, and take them at roughly the same time each day) pills have less than a 1% failure rate. (Fewer than 1 pregnancy per hundred women per year.) They have a pretty wide margin for error, so as long as you take them within a few hour window, you’re fine.
I’m not aware of any research on differences in effectiveness among older vs. younger women, but I’d guess that teenagers are, in general, less reliable about taking their pills, so would be more likely to get pregnant.
Generic pills are just as effective as grand name.
