Okay so, my friend and her boyfriend are EXTREMELY sexually active. But the bad thing is, is that every single one of those times they had sex, they had it unprotected, or at least that’s what she told me. Her boyfriend isn’t sure about whether he had ejaculated in her or not and now she’s worried about getting pregnant.

Based on that, what are the chances of her getting pregnant?

    Whenever you have unprotected sex, the chance of pregnancy is there. There isn’t some equation that will give you the exact likelihood, but the chance is definitely there.

    Anytime you have sex, protected or not, you have a chance. It doesn’t matter if he ejaculated or not, there is sperm in the pre-ejaculation. Why is she worried about it when she knows it happens?

    It happens when they don’t think it will. A moment of pleasure is not worth the possible consequences. There are also STD’s that are silent that she and or he can get.
