if he can see the sac in your uterus than its already in your uterus and not a tubular pregnancy

The baby is more then likely to small to see right now.Good luck.

The baby is most likely too small. Also, it’s TUBAL pregnancy. Tubal or ectopic pregnancy signs would be extreme pain, cramping . Also, your doctor wouldn’t be able to see a baby during an ultra sound ( this is for later on, past 10 weeks).

if the doc. did an ultrasound already then he would be able to tell if its a notrmal pregnancy or a tubal pregnancy. I dont think you have anything to worry about, but if you start to bleed or have really bad cramping call your doc. ASAP.. I hope this helps, and best of luck to you.

By 5weeks along, you should be able to see something in the gestational sac. It is hard to distinguish but with a transvaginal ultrasound you should be able to see a flutter of the heartbeat. You are still very early and sometimes you might not even be able to see anything til about 6 weeks. Normally with ectopic pregnancy, you get severe pain. Sometimes you don’t, it depends how far along you are. But if the gestational sac is large enough where you should see an embryo but you don’t, the possibly of an ectopic should be considered.
Sometimes if the pregnancy is not viable you will have an empty gestational sac. You should be going for follow up Ultrasounds. Good Luck
