Here’s the official data from Planned Parenthood:

    * Of every 100 women whose partners use withdrawal, 4 will become pregnant each year if they always do it correctly.
    * Of every 100 women whose partners use withdrawal, 27 will become pregnant each year if they don’t always do it correctly.

So if you did it correctly as you say, you have an effectiveness rating that’s comparable to the pill (96% versus 97%)
A lot of people are going to tell you that you’re dumb for using this method, but that’s not necessarily true. What do you think people did before the invention of condoms? The reason that the pull-out method fails so much is because it’s usually employed by teenagers, young people who can’t get or can’t afford other forms of birth control. That’s a big problem, because teenagers just don’t have the sexual experience to know when to pull out or not. Also, it offers zero protection from STD’s.

If you’re going to use this method as your primary form of birth control, continue to do it correctly or your chances of lucking out drop to 73%. Not so nice, right? As for this time, I’d say you’re probably okay.

There is no way of telling, but the fact that pregnancy is possible is all that matters. You can get pregnant not only from ejaculate; if a guy is inside a girl, there is sperm in the precum as well. Being inside the girl always increases the chance of pregnancy, whether the guy fully ejaculates in her or not.

    This is easy to answer.

If 100 women use this method for a year, around 30 will get pregnant.

Withdrawal is not safe, accidents happen, men can spill a little without knowing, precum contains sperm and of course it doesn’t prevent STI’s.

If you want to be pregnant within 12 months – just keep doing what you are doing.
