My husband has low sperm motility what are the chances we could conceive on our own? I’m tired of being poked and prodded. Its emotionally draining.

There is every possibility that you can conceive on your own!!! Try putting a pillow under your bottom after doing the deed or lift your legs up on the wall (your body on the bed and your legs up in the air or resting against a wall)
