My doctor wants to check my blood. I really don’t know a lot about all this stuff and I’m wondering what my blood can tell us that can help with information on us trying to conceive. I posted once about this but didn’t really get feedback. Curious to know what blood work can tell for women who are trying to conceive?

Ask your DOCTOR. What he’s going to check for probably depends on your medical history.
They check your hormones, thyroid, iron, etc. Basically they check to make sure you are healthy and able to have children without complications. Good luck and happy baby making!!
I had my blood work done
Thyroid,Pogsterone levels
Your blood levels tell you numerous things! Some of the most important being if you are experiencing some kind of problem hindering you conceiving success and when (or if) you ovulate. I have included a website with the specific tests performed and the reasoning for each. http://www.fertilityplus.org/faq/hormonelevels.html, I hope this helps! I know when I first started my infertility journey I was positive I was going to run out of blood with all the pokes and prods. Best of luck.
