I know you said no clothes, but these are special (if she likes whimsy and understands the references):

A sweatshirt with a "Baby on Board" sign on the front.

OR (if you’re a Dr. Seuss fan, and remember the Sneetches) a yellow sweatshirt with a large green star on the abdomen.

You can’t go wrong with jewelry or purses . . .

Pregnancy Pictures would be a great way to make her feel special.

more than the material things, i guess being together is the best thing. spend few days in an expensive hotel if the budget allows.
its worth it you know why? besides it is your first time to spend xmas with her, it will also be the last time that you’ll share it with only the two of you, because next year there will be a kid already right. so enjoy it, enjoy the togertherness, you will definetly miss these days that its only the two of you.

    have a merrrrry xmas!

A day at the spa before and after the baby. She needs it now to help her relax and afterwards then too. So she can feel like a woman again after having the baby. I got a prenatal massage when i was pregnant wiht my third and it was great. i also got a pedicure. I couldn’t reach my toes so it was really nice too. I think every woman just wants to be pampered a little. Good luck and enjoy your new little one.

A special mother pendant would be nice. Just because she doesn’t wear jewelry doesn’t mean she never will.

You are so sweet!! Here is a few ideas.

Is this her first pregnancy? If so you could go to Barnes and Noble and get some first time parent books for her and yourself.

    A foot massager
    Heating Pad
    Pedicure Gift Card
Gift Card to somewhere she likes to shop or go

A complete spa and all about her day…or even week…would be great but if you can swing it a few days away just you and her ….even if you go to a hotel just a few miles away… even the weekend away before the baby comes show her that she is still beautiful and you are so happy to be with her….she will just go nuts over it….reserve the room even if you stay in all weekend….give her a bubble bath….light candles order in the whole weekend….you will not regret it

foot massager is a good idea, but maybe put a pair of earrings or a necklace in there too. when us women are pregnant we want to feel really special and appreciated! let us know what you decide to get her!

get her a gift certificate to a salon for the pre-natal massage. its great as it will help her relax and feel good. they are not really expensive either.. well, i guess that depends on where you live tho. but check it out. my daughter was so happy when i gave her a gift certificate for a massage. she was ready to get on the phone and make her appointment, except that it was night time when she got it.. haha..

  15. my-kids-mom says:

    Most definitely, a spa treatment!
I think a special treat, in addition, would be a cute commemorative tree ornament.
Then every year, you can add to the collection, like next year, baby’s first Christmas.

  16. Amelia says:

A gift certificate at a spa for a prenatal massage!!

  17. h w says:

a nice trip …………..just the two of you and let her know how specail she is…………

  18. Just Me says:

I would say pamper her….spend the day giving her spa treatments, foot massages, back rubs, and please do buy different oils and lotions to do so…also a good scub to us on her big beautiful belly is olive oil and brown sugar….it makes her feel so soft and smooth and its very relaxing….get her a pedicure and manicure and have someone come to your home and do them if you dont feel that you can….have fun…

  19. schell_75 says:

A nice pair of pajamas for after baby and good cozy slippers. Bubble bath stuff, stuff for relaxation.

Another really good one is a spa day. Find one that gives massages for pregnant ladies. Get her a manicure and pedicure, haircut, the whole deal. She will love it!

  20. sleepyincarolina says:
