Tell her to remain calm, call the hospital on your cell phone and let them know that you are coming in. It’s not like on TV where the water breaks and the baby slides out like a slip n slide. There is still time to get to the hospital and deliver the baby. The baby books tell you to bring a towel, plus it’s not always a gush of water, some times it’s a trickle, like she’s peeing herself.

Give her a towel? Not much else I imagine. Just get her to the hospital as safe as you can.

Nope, just get her there safely.

Put on the emergency flashers and drive faster LOL

Seriously if you think birth is emminent, call 911 and have an ambulance meet you. Usually you have time even after the water breaks, but if the contractions are 2 minutes (or closer) apart I’d cal 911

You don’t panic and keep driving at a safe rate! The baby won’t arrive straight away, you should have plenty of time just get her to ring the hospital and let them know you are on the way!

Thats gonna be one messy mess thats for sure
There isn’t anything you can do unless there is a towel handy thats all I can think of.

You probably still have plenty of time to get to the hospital after the water breaks. Just get there.
