Okay me and my husband have been trying for about 5 months to get pregnant and nothing has happened. I havent had my period in about 4 months and I took many test and they all said I wasnt. Any advise?
I would suggest you see a doctor, you might have a thing called PCOS. PCOS causes your period to be irregular, and causes women not to ovulate. Wait 6 months if you are over 35 and 1 year under 35. Ask your specialist about clomid and sperm injections. If clomid, and sperm injections doesn’t work, ask them about sperm injections, and the hormone shot you take every day. Good luck!

Did you have your period regularly before? If not, you could be experiencing PCOS.

There is a possiblity you are not ovulating and so not having a period.
search pregnancy online and it will tell you some ideas oh yes after sex lay on your back its supost to help the sperm reach the egg
I would get all your hormones tested, if you’re not having a period (like me) request provera (usually 10 days) to jumpstart your period. After taking 10 days of Provera (progesterone) your period should start within a 1-10 days. It can vary widely.
If you aren’t ovulating you may want to consider Clomid, or Femara, to get pregnant.
Also, if you take a full pack of birth control pills (for a month), sometimes that will regulate your body enough that you will cycle on your own.
if you were using any birth control than it will take a while, if not than you can visit an OBG doc and they will tell you what is going on. good luck!
If you had your period regularly before you were TTC and now you havent had it for 4 months its very possible that you could b pregnant and it just isnt showing up on the home tests! My sister was pregnant for 5 months before she found out she was pregnant, it was crazy. She always was taking tests and all were negative, so finally she went to the DR. and he confimed that she was in fact pregnant!
it can take a healthy couple a year to conceive, but because your not having a period i think you should see a dr, could have some sort of problem. goodluck
