My period is due in the next week and I am wondering what brand pregnancy test most of you would recommend. My husband and I recently started trying for our first baby and I would love to know as soon as possible if I am pregnant.

A blood test is the most accurate. Beyond that, I recommend a digital test. Do not buy the equate tests or the dollar store tests, you are wasting your money. I got a bunch of false negatives on those ones.
I have heard the best test is e.p.t. because it has the highest hormone reader or something like that and it can read if you are pregnant the earliest of all the others.
Well if you are wanting one to test early. Like before your missed period then I would go wih EPT. If you just want one that will tell you for sure, go with the Clear blue digital test.
I think they are all the same, just buy a name brand one. They are all pretty acurrate! Good luck!

I’ve heard the digital ones are not reliable. Some of the cheaper ones can be faulty.
I prefer First Response. I’ve gotten an accurate result every time. While the test is designed for use up to 5 days before you period is due, not every woman has enough hCG in her system that early. I would recommend you just wait until a couple of days before you’re due or the day of.

My personal favorite is the plain old Early First Response tests. I like the idea of the digital ones, but part of me can’t break away from the habit.
i think clearblue easy is and you don’t have to try and see the lines because unlike other test it don’t have lines. it just says pregnant or not pregnant.
I used ept digital and found out 4 days prior to expecting my period…Good Luck hope it’s +!!!
i dont know the best test on the market but i used one of the $1 test from Dollar General and it worked just fine
