I am trying to get pregnant and need to know if it is 22 or 28 days after your cycle.
Depending on how long your cycle is if you have a 28day cycle that means you would normally Ovulate in the middle so day 14ish. It’s hard to pin point if you dont know how long your cycle is but if you do it will be in the middleish..

a women USUALLY ovulates mid cycle…this is between 12-16 days after the first day of the last period.once a women is ovulating she is most fertile as the egg as been released from the ovary and is passing down the falopian tubes,if that egg is met by sperm within this time frame you are likely to get pregnant.However research has shown that some women can ovulate at various times of the month so the only true way to know exactly when you are ovulating is to buy an ovulation kit. they can tell you when the body is showing signs of ovulation,once the test reads positive you have 3 days in which to conceive. instead of going at it like rabbits,try every other day as the longer the sperm has to mature and ‘get stronger’ the more likely you are to conceive.regular ejaculation weakens the strength of the sperm and therefore reduces the chance of getting pregnant….
all in all the only way to be sure when you are ovulating is to use an ovulation kit, hope this helps and good luck!!!!
the best time depend your length cycle. if you are a 28day girl then between ay 11 and 16
if its a 30 day then day 12 to 17.
it is always 14 days before your due te, but try 2 to 3 time a week in case its early or late.

If your cycle is 28 days long, you ovualate around day 14. (In a general scenario, a woman ovulates about 14 days before the first day of her period.) You need to have sex around this time to get prego.
When you ovulate, an egg is released from your ovaries. It will disintegrate within 24 hours unless it is fertilized. So, the sperm needs to be inside the body when the egg is released, for you to get pregnant. Or at least, you need to have sex within 24 hours of your ovulation day.
So, go to a website like http://www.yourdays.com to find out the best times to get pregnant, depending on your cycle. It only works if your cycles are fairly regular.
You can try methods like Basal Body Temparature charting, Cervical Mucus charting, Ovulation Prediction Kits etc to know when you are ovulating. Look them up online. Once you know when you are ovulating, have sex daily or on alternate days starting a week before ovulation, up until one day after ovulation.
