I’m due Sept, 21st and celebrating my birthday on Halloween and want to look my best in my costume which will be alittle revealing. I have only gained 33 lbs so far in my pregnancy and I weighed 120 lbs. before pregnant. What do you think I will be down to if I follow a strict diet and excercise plan by Halloween?

The best, safest, healthiest, and fastest way to lose weight after having a baby is to exclusively nurse your baby. Just think about all the calories your baby will suck out of you. You might want to check with your doctor or midwife about any diet and exercise plans to make sure they are safe for you and your baby that close to giving birth.
Pushing the baby round the neighbourhood in a stroller. My daughter was born Sept 21. I also weighed 120 pre pregnancy and I went up to 161. I did lose the majority of weight within weeks. But to wear something revealing, a month later, all I have to say is good luck to you. BTW, if you plan on breastfeeding you shouldn’t be on a strict diet, it’s not healthy for the baby. As well breastfeeding helps you get back to your normal weight faster and the longer you do it, the less chance the baby will develope allergies. Anyhow eat well, walk around with baby and or join a mom and baby program, and breastfeed, this will help you lose.

I am not sure what you can get down to, but I know that if you are breast feeding, that burns lots of calories. To get my baby weight off I walked every day twice a day! Sometimes with my son in a front pouch (for extra weight) and sometimes in the stroller for resistance! The bigger he got the smaller I got! Also eat sensibly, but if you are breastfeeding DO NOT skimp on meals. Your baby’s nutrition depends on your health. If all else fails Buy a bigger, or different outfit. 1 month is not enough time to lose the weight. Besides you will be exhausted from taking care of your child. All of your friends know you just had a baby!
Be HEALTHY!
