After pregnancy- what’s the best way to get your breasts back into shape- breastfeeding or naturally letting the milk leave your body…

Breastfeeding is the best way to keep your breasts firm.
Breast feeding is best, because it developes a closer bond between Baby and Mmother. The muscles that prevent the breasts from saggin can be exercised by placing your finger tips together in front of you and pressing them hard and releasing them. Do this as much as possible.
When you press your finger tips together you can feel the muscles that are involved tighten up.
Another method is to grab both wrists and try to push your arms together. Pushing your arms in that manner will build the same muscles. You must keep at it until your breasts regain their normal stature.
I think you should wear a really snug bra and don’t breast feed, they will look nice for a while because of the milk but then they will start to SAG!!!
My opinion but to let the milk dry up and get good exercise afterwards. When a woman keeps her breasts filled with milk, it keeps it big and not at the natural size so when she stops breast feeding after the baby is old enough to ween, the breast will take longer to get back into shape and will stretch out afterwards because of being so big for all that time.
All women are different but if you always wear a good supporting bra you will find that when you are older that they dont sag down to your ankles. Breast feeding will cause you nipples to become real large and only get a little smaller after you quit. I didnt breast feed any of my boys even tho breast milk is really what they should be drinking . Excercising your chest area will also help to keep them in shape.
Breastfeeding. Not only is it good for the breasts, it also helps your uterus shrink back faster which helps your waistline. Plus it is much better for the baby.
Breast feeding can do wonders to keep your boobs firm, its also a myth that they grow just a bit more during that moment when you experience extreme pangs and during after you give birth.Breastfeeding helps your breasts from not sagging since you use those muscles. The muscles that prevent the breasts from saggin can be exercised by placing your finger tips together in front of you and pressing them hard and releasing them. Also try invigorating massages around the breast area to just pump out the milk when your breasts are full they help a lot.BUT TAKE MY ADVICE ON THIS ONE WHATEVER YOU DO JUST DONT STOP LACTATING.WHEN YOUR BABY IS ABOVE A CERTAIN AGE YOU WONT FEEL THE SAME OL SENSATION ONE YOUR BREASTS as you had before.SO BUY A PUMP AND TRY TO KEEP PRODUCING MILK THAT WAY YOU’LL NEVER START TO SAG LIKE A GRANNY.
Okay, here is my situation.
I am 5’1″, was 125lbs, and a 36B at the time of my first pregnancy.
With my 1st child, I gained 20lbs, my breasts got all the way up to a 36 EEE and then settled at 36 DD after I weaned (1yr later) and went back to my pre-pregnancy size, they also still felt nice and full and were also quite perky.
However, with my 2nd child, I’m having some major issues.
I was 116lbs and a 36B pre-pregnancy and gained 47lbs during/immediately after the pregnancy, but my breasts only ever went up to 36C.
I have just ceased pumping after doing so for exactly 1 year, am currently 120lbs, however my breasts are now apparently 34/36A and they feel/look like deflated balloons.
I hate them.
What can I do?
Why is it that after I weaned with my first child they still appeared full and were even bigger (even though I ended up being less than my pre-pregnancy weight) and now after weaning my second child, not only are they deflated & sagging, but they are also smaller (yet I am heavier than my pre-pregnancy weight)?
Will they ever get back to looking full again?
I heard that they should regain fat in about 3-6 months, but I’m having a bit of trouble believing that.
I also heard that they get worse with each child, is that true?
It’s quite depressing really, they just look like two huge skin tags hanging on for dear life. =(
