You should be seeing an OB/GYN by now. Every office has a nutritionist. That’s who you should be asking about this- not random people online. I know I don’t trust the health of my baby to random internet strangers.
Just eat lots of fruits and vegetables. There is no "Healthiest" food to eat. I know you want your baby to be healthy but there is nothing wrong with giving into cravings and eating things that you like as well.
Eat a variety of fruits and veggies–plenty of them–and whole grains are preferable to refined. Also, drink plenty of water. Stay away from junk food, coffee/other caffeinated drinks, artificial sweeteners, drugs, etc. Although honestly, a little junk food won’t do anything. Also, stay away from unpasteurized dairy, lunch meats unless heated to steaming, and uncooked meats/eggs. There’s a list of good fish and bad fish online somewhere, too.
I’ve found that having a pregnancy handbook answers most of my questions; What to Expect When You’re Expecting has sections on proper diet and exercise, symptoms you’re likely to experience at certain times, baby development facts, and warning signs/when to call your doctor, among other things. The ones it doesn’t answer are either best answered by my doctor, or social support questions like, "How did the glucose test go for you?"
