Before I got pregnant I was doing spin class and running fairly often. When I got pregnant I went through a large part of it sick, so sick I did not do really any extra stuff other then the every day life activities. I am now 18 weeks and feel almost 100% better, but don’t want to push it to hard, but want to get back in to shape some what without over doing it. I know about walking, not a fan of swimming or yoga, is there anything else fun you can think of?

Typically you can continue doing anything you were doing before you got pregnant as long as you are comfortable doing it (i.e. until your belly gets in the way!).

The better answer: ask your OB/GYN.

Walk. My mom walked every day when she was pregnet with my borther and she was very skinny after she had him.

The only real good exercise I’ve heard of while pregnant, is walking. My mom walks back and forth to work everyday….even while she was pregnant with all of my brothers, and as soon as she had them, she lost the weight pretty easily. She said with me (her 1st born), she wore the same clothes she had been throughout her whole pregnancy and after I came out she was able to put on the same jeans again. So maybe it was just because it was her 1st birth or she just got lucky….but walking is definitely a good way to stay in shape.
