if u are trying to become pregnant u should make sure u ar eproperly immunised. ( rubella) for german measles.this helps lower risk of abnormalities such as deafness in your new baby.
u can also try these, stop smoking if u are a smoker or lower the amount of cigarettes, lower alcohol intake, eat more folate inriched foods such as darj green leafy vegies, fruits, yeast extract, nuts, soya linseed bread. these things help to ensure that u are fit and healthy and will also increase the chances of you having a fit and healthy baby.

well i think ur right about the age in so many ways, to have a healthy pregnancy i believe you would be some one who eat healthy before and during the pregnancy doesn’t drink take drugs or smoke does reg excerise and has no major medical problems in the family. I’m pregnant at the moment and i’m type one diabetic have alot of medical problems in my family history, i’ve had complcations with my diabeties all thro out the pregnancy my bub is already 7pound 6ounces and im only 36weeks, HOWEVER my baby is extreamly healthy just a bit bigger then what she should be.
