I was 20 weeks as well, I wake up every morning with wet spots on my shirt. you may want to consider nipple pads….Good Luck!

I did not start until after i gave birth but i did not breastfeed so it dried up in about a week.

Mine started at 26 weeks exactly and then has for the most part stopped. Buy some breast pads. It’s more common to begin in the last trimester but some women experience it even earlier in their pregnancy. It is nothing to be concerned about, the ultrasound will give you a more accurate due date.

I got my milk/colostrum in early my last pregnancy too. I believe it was around 16/17 weeks and it will probably be the same this time around. I would go to Walmart and grab some breast feeding pad, they are very useful when you don’t want to walk around with wet boobies! Lots of luck and congrats!

For some it comes earlier, but I did around my sixth month.

totally normal. this is colostrum, not milk…and will stick around and increase for the baby. If it is alot consider getting some breast leakage pads to soak it up. Your actual milkmay not come in until after the baby is born. It will need this colostrum which is full on antibodies and immunities to keep healthy in our world!!
