I had a miscarriage at exactly one month from today. I was 4 weeks pregnant. Two days ago i started spotting. But tonight it became heavier like an actual period. I am going to try to conceive this month. Should i start counting my days until ovulation from today or from sunday? Please Help.

    If you came on today, yes! My doctors tell me to have intercourse on days 10, 12, 14, etc. not everyday cause you want to give him time to rebuild his sperm count. Nine time out of ten you will be ovulating one of those days.

    2 be on the safe side counting from the first day u saw bleeding, so count from sunday and doing that time u r ovulating have sex every day all day 4 that week. b cuz thats what my husband and i did. a few days after my period went off we just had sex like crazy.
