Why do the women who ARE NOT trying to conceive get pregnant?

If you can only conceive during ovulation which is so few days during the month why are there so many unwanted pregnancies? How unlikely is it to get pregnant during the rest of the month?

I am not bitter, I have yet to even begin trying to conceive, so there is no chance I am bitter. I have actually just started doing research so we can start trying. Know your facts before you run your mouth.
i guess they don’t stress about it so its easier for them or they don’t keep track of their ovulation period
I can’t stand these women! I have been trying to get pregnant for 11 months and want to slap people who say, "It was an accident."

i hate this too, lots of girls i know didnt want a baby and got pregnant, and i’m ttc and still havent gotten pregnant.
i guess it’s just the fact that they didnt want it, and other women do and keep thinking about it, and because of that, it makes it hard on us.
It’s because ovulation actually works quite differently from all of the stories we are told. Women are not machines and human ovulation does not occur in a never changing pattern.

im sure there is just as many women who conceive because they are trying, its not only women who get pregant by acciednt that have babies get real! dont be bitter whenits your time it will happen
